BLADE-MARITIME Governance Node
Authority-Governed Maritime Surveillance Node with Hydroacoustic and MAD Sensor Fusion
An authority-governed maritime surveillance node with hydroacoustic sonar, magnetic anomaly detection (MAD), and AIS spoofing detection. Implements the 9-module governance pipeline (SATA → ADARA → IFF → HMAA → MAIVA → FLAME → CARA → BDA → EFFECTOR) with dual-GPIO safety interlock. Four maritime mathematical extensions. IP68 / MIL-STD-810G / MIL-STD-461G CE102.
